this sounds so tasty, and i have a huge rosemary bush in my yard (grew from a little plant two years ago). i will have to try this very soon. so far, i've been using my rosemary to make a simple syrup to add to holiday champagne cocktails, with sparkling cranberry juice. delicious that way, too.
ReplyDeleteCynthia,
ReplyDeleteThe marriage of fowl (and a few other meats) with rosemary is just a perfect combination. In my family we also love pork loin roast with rosemary and garlic. Hope you tried it.
